itch.io & phaser

Looking for accessibility I decided to choose Phaser as game engine. It allows development for javascript/html games which means the games can run in any modern browser.

Then another problem arrived: hosting.

After searching for javascript/html games hosting I arrived to itch.io. It can host your games (web or desktop) and even provides a way to sell your games if that is what you want. Looks at the moment like a nice combo.

To give it a try I am developing a small game called “Three debuggers”. A game about three little men with a difficult job: Debugging. They must face and terminate all the bugs they encounter to protect their village. The idea came from a comic I made for a local news magazine.
